Just when Nevada Baylor has finally come to accept the depths of her magical powers, she also realizes she’s fallen in love. Connor “Mad” Rogan is in many ways her equal when it comes to magic, but she’s completely out of her elements when it comes to her feelings for him. To make matters more complicated, an old flame comes back into Rogan’s life…

Rogan knows there’s nothing between him and his ex-fiance, Rynda Sherwood. But as Nevada begins to learn more about her past, her power, and her potential future, he knows she will be faced with choices she never dreamed of and the promise of a life spent without him.

As Nevada and Rogan race to discover the whereabouts of Rynda’s kidnapped husband and are forced to confront Nevada’s grandmother, who may or may not have evil motives, these two people must decide if they can trust in each other or allow everything to go up in smoke.

Review

Hey guys! I’m officially back!

For today’s book review, I am going to talk about this amazing third book of the Hidden Legacy series, Wildfire!

As you may have already known, it’s been two months since I last posted an article (the previous article was written before I went on hiatus but I just posted it last Monday, haha) so imagine how hard it is for me writing this review, lol. Man! It feels like starting blogging all over again, haha.

And speaking of two months, it’s been two months since I’ve read this book too, haha. But even if that was the case, I can still remember what this book made me feel. Dang!

I’ve been avoiding this book for a long time because I hate saying goodbye to this series which I learn to love as early as its first book. So, can you imagine what I felt when I found out that it’s not going to end yet?! I’m beyond ecstatic ofcourse!

Just like the first 2 books in the series, this one DIDN’T disappoint at all (well, you can definitely see that through those raging 5 stars above). I love the action, the suspense and ofcourse the romance (*insert deafening squeal here). I don’t think I’ll ever get tired reading about Mad Rogan and Nevada’s adventure together.

Nevada is still the same badass female lead that I adore from the first book and I think I love her even more in this installment. Aside from her intense adventure (as well as romance) with Mad Rogan, what I also love reading about is her relationship with her family. It’s just so heartwarming that it always makes me feel like wanting to hug someone.

As for Mad Rogan, do I really have to say how HOT he is in this installment?! I don’t want this review to become a love letter to Mad Rogan so I’ll just stop here, haha.

Combining these two makes this installment, well, this series a pretty intense read. Plus, the ending was really shocking.

Haven’t read this series or anything from Ilona Andrews yet? Girl, you are missing out!
